CHILLER TECHNICIAN – HVAC SERVICE

We’re a fast-growing mechanical contractor known for precision, relationships, and results. Our team delivers complex HVAC and mechanical solutions across Florida with pride—and we’re looking for a skilled Chiller Technician ready to take ownership and deliver results.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
-
Install, maintain, and repair commercial and industrial HVAC systems including chillers, pumps, and cooling towers.

Diagnose system issues using advanced diagnostic tools and restore full functionality.

Perform preventive maintenance and ensure all systems operate efficiently and safely.

Communicate with clients, explaining system issues, repairs, and recommendations for upgrades.

Maintain accurate service documentation and uphold company and regulatory standards.

Mentor junior technicians and share technical expertise.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
-
2–5 years of experience as an HVAC chiller technician.

Strong understanding of chillers, pumps, cooling towers, and refrigeration systems.

HVAC training/apprenticeship completion and EPA 608 certification required.

Excellent diagnostic, electrical, and mechanical troubleshooting skills.

Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
-
Certifications such as NATE or similar are a plus.
