HVAC GENERAL SUPERINTENDENT

We’re seeking an HVAC General Superintendent to lead field operations.. This leader ensures safe, high-quality, and efficient installation of HVAC systems throughout the region.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
-
Supervise foremen and field crews, ensuring daily productivity.

Coordinate scheduling, materials, and equipment across sites.

Enforce quality control and compliance with all HVAC standards.

Maintain site safety and lead safety meetings.
-
Liaise between field operations and project management.
-
Resolve jobsite challenges quickly and effectively.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

8–10 years of HVAC construction experience, 3–5 in leadership.

Knowledge of HVAC systems, safety standards, and construction practices.

Strong communication, scheduling, and problem-solving skills.

Valid driver’s license; ability to travel to multiple job sites.

Preferred: experience with Procore, Vista, or Microsoft Project.
