SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER – HVAC CONSTRUCTION

We’re looking for a Senior Project Manager to oversee large-scale, complex HVAC projects from inception to close-out. This leadership role combines strategic planning, financial management, and mentorship to ensure flawless project execution.
WHAT YOU'LL DO

Lead high-profile HVAC projects, guiding teams through design, construction, and commissioning.

Manage budgets, schedules, and contracts to meet profitability goals.

Build and maintain strong client relationships through transparent communication.

Oversee project managers and field teams, ensuring consistent quality and compliance.

Identify and mitigate risks, driving continuous improvement and operational excellence.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

8–10 years of HVAC project management experience.

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or similar field.

PMP certification preferred.

Strong leadership, financial, and client relations skills.

Experience with Microsoft Project, AutoCAD, or similar tools.

Valid driver’s license and ability to travel.
